Every product of Thermocouple Technology, Inc. is manufactured and tested to the most exacting standards and is warranted for the quality of materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment.

In no event shall Thermocouple Technology, Inc. be liable for consequential, incidental or special damages. The buyer's sole and exclusive remedy and limit of Thermocouple Technology, Inc's liability for any loss whatsoever, shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the purchaser for the unit or units to which a claim is made.
TERMS:
Terms are net 30 days to approved accounts unless otherwise indicated.
RETURN OF MATERIAL:
A return authorization number must be obtained from the factory before goods can be returned. No material will be accepted without prior authorization.
F.O.B.:
All shipments will be F.O.B. our manufacturing facility in Quakertown, PA.
